491144 Ad Creation LED Digital Signs

Looking for someone with experience creating ADS for outdoor Digital LED signs. Sign size is 112 tall x 208 wide in pixels - output needed 3 times that, output MUST be in avi compressed for video or JPG for static - NO AUDIO NEEDED - Ads are 15 seconds in length I need someone with creativity... experience with ad design etc [login to view URL] is a good reference to see effective ads....
