similar to [login to view URL], music, photos effects, but with it own originlity, i have photos and logos to use as well as inspire you, the second page will be a questionaire that needs to be filled out by models , boxes that can be checked, blank spaces for typing text, and 5 buttons for uploading jpegs, all sent to me email once the SEND button is pressed, for the first page, use your imagination, ill be more detailed once i see your work, the second page ( although sloppy and disorganized ) i can send you an idea of what i want. 2 pages. 1 flash intro, 1 contact page/questionaire
