Very simple change to FLASH

I need two simple things done to the following flash page: [login to view URL] 1. add a mouseover on the fist page that allows the user to skip the FLASH presentation 2. If a visitor does not have a flash enabled browser- it should default to an html page ( similar to the last frame of the current FLASH page) Also, I will need to be provided with the .swi or files used to generate the FLASH If your name is Custom Flash Banner please do not respond to this posting.
