Website and SEO

We are updating our photography website and it will be completely new. We already have a template, so all that will need to be done is the following: change menus on the template and customize the contents, upload the pictures, and make other modifications. The template is: [login to view URL] We also need the pictures in the portfolio to be rotating every couple of seconds instead of remaining as the same picture. In conjunction with the website, we need SEO and web promotion for our website through major search engines. We may be flexible with paying more on the project if you have a successful track record. We do need the project to be done within a week of when we chose someone to do the project. Please reply with work that you have completed.
