Aside my writing skills, I am also a certified FOOD LOVER!! I never pass on any opportunities to try different kinds of authentic food from different countries. Hi, My name is Julien and I am a Chef and food writer from Montreal, Canada. I have been travelling across South East Asia for over 7 months now working here and there and mostly eating great food, discovering new cultures and seeing the most amazing scenery I've had the chance to witness in my entire life. I recently settled in the beautiful town of Chiang Mai, Thailand a paradise for digital nomads. In my first months I was working as a Chef but now that my contract is up and I don't want to leave just yet some nomads friends of mine suggested I would try and rework my skill set and adapt it to a remote job.
