Find "iso2" code and "geojson" of 8 continents and 20 countries(G20 countries) online and make a list of them in excel

In total I need 28 rows of data. You will find & extract countries and continents geojsons as multipolygon if it is a polygon will convert it to multipolygon online in github, opensource web sites and also their iso2 codes. You need to "test geojsons" if they works at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] or anywhere online, then we will test if they show up this countries and continents. we are using only multipolygons so if it is just a polygon you need to use [ [your geojson polygon]] to convert polygon into multipolygon. So I want all data as "multipolygons" because our softwares are only capable of handling multipolygon.
