I am very excited about this anthology since the Austrian, Swiss, Polish and Swiss economists could reinvigorate our discussion and steer us to a future-friendly and sustainable course.
Blank pages and pictures (from [login to view URL]) could make for easier reading. I subdivided the articles into 9 categories (Alternative Economics, The Crisis Explained: Finance Capitalism, State, Market and Neoliberal Myths, Rethinking Economics and Reduced Working Hours, Learning from Roosevelt, Neoliberalism, Austerity Kills, Political Theory and Trade Policies Threaten Democracy).
The anthology includes translated articles by Austrian, Swiss and German critical economists (Ulrich Thielemann, Friedhelm Hengsbach, Nikolaus Kowall, Michael Schwendinger and Rene Beyss). I wrote a couple of articles (Canada Had Its Best Election Ever, Shouting from the Caboose and Unlike a Chair, an Idea Can Be Shared by a Whole People) and several poems to introduce the collection.
Smashwords and E-books enable alternative critical economists to be heard and shape the discussion. Austrian, Swiss, Polish and German critical economists deserve to be heard as neoclassical mainstream economics deserves to be discredited.
Austerity policy, neoliberal myths and fiscal policy aiding capital have led to exploding inequality and mammoth profits without investments and expanding the public sector. This anthology is committed to plural economics and reversing the trends to corporate rule and denigration of work and workers.

Hello Marc, having uploaded many E books to Smashwords I am most familiar with the required format. I have looked at your manuscript in extensive detail and noticed there are lots of external links. After putting both your documents onto a new single document I tested several of those links and they worked fine. I understand the workload you have put into this and should you offer me the project I will carry out the task with that in mind.
Book cover apart, I would not recommend adding pictures to this particular book as I don't feel it needs them and sometimes they disrupt the Smashwords format. Table of contents is fine and I will centralize the poems and all main headlines. I will add a suitable book cover. The document will be returned to you ready to upload to Smashwords. However, I will not consider the project closed or expect payment until you are completely happy with the project. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
