I have a surveyor plan of the site and have attempted to create this in SketchUp 8, I haven't done too badly, but I would prefer to have an accurate base before I start with modelling potential house designs from it. Not at all worried about the existing dwelling on the site, its days are numbered. My expectations are that this would take a proficient user 1-2 hours.
