CAFTA cartoon

I need a single frame cartoon, actually two cartoons, but one will be a smaller snapshot of the other. I need an image in the background of a large vessel- the queen marry ect, that should nearly fill the frame. In the foreground I want a yellow Zodiac style Life raft which needs to be yellow. The middle of the life raft should be loaded with explosives. Large letters on the side of the raft should read “CAFTA.?? Three men should be in the raft. Two of them, George Bush and Vice President Cheney; should be in the raft, near the explosives and dressed in scuba gear. . Secretary Rumsfeld, should be at the motor on the tail of the raft (Zodiac). The Boat should be named the “S.S. Social Security.?? The name should be much bigger than normal to allow a close up perspective including details. It should have 2 callouts for captions. 1 for the president Bush and a second for Vice Pres Chaney.. President Bush should read as follows: “Pop disabled her with NAFTA. With these CAFTA charges we’ll take out her keel and send that tub to the bottom.?? Vice President Dick Chaney: “To the Bottom! You the man G.W.?? .
