We are looking to develop a relationship with an experienced elearning developer to develop our content into scorm compliant elearning pieces. We currently use the opensource LMS Chamilo. Experience with the LMS would be helpful, but not necessary.
We are looking for someone to bring some solid instructional design thoughts and experiences to the table to move our courses from static information to a more dynamic interactive experience.
For this project we are looking for 3-6 slides or pages. This is a brief introduction to one of our courses. We will send you the content and then ask that you design an appropriate elearning experience.
This should be more then simply a title and text, and you should have experience in instructional design to be able to engage the learner, highlight key information, animate when appropriate etc..
Other pieces of the course will involve simulations and scenarios, and you should have experience in designing in this format as well.
Courses must be scorm compliant. (captivate, presenter, articulate, etc... are all tools that could be used, but again, are not necessary)
Our goal is to find someone to establish a longterm relationship as we want to role out this course ASAP. This introduction is the first step.
You need to have samples of previous elearning work (webpage development is not elearning).
I've attached the three slides in a word document so you can scan the text and get an idea for this project. Again, this is the first step for us to build a professional appearance to the elearning course. We want someone who is able to move beyond simple text to help create an engaging experience.
