English Football Team Icons (20 in total)

I am currently working on a small project which requires the use of English Football Premier League club crests within an iPhone application. Unfortuently due to copyright and trademark issues I cannot use the official club crests in my project. I am seeking the support of a telanted designer to quickly create artwork which can be used to represent each of the 20 premier league football clubs. The choices are either to create a homeshirt matching the clubs colours or come up with a circle representation of the club with the inside matching the teams colours (with shirt look and feel). The artwork must be professional looking but the base template can be identical. I am happy to discuss in more detail and provide examples of club crests and share a document containing all 20 pictures of the kits involved. I am happy to receive a sample before work can be continued to complete the remaining set. Happy to accept vector based files or transparent .PNG. Size of icons must not be smaller than 300x300.
