Creative for an iPhone App - Noisy Neighbour Diary

I am having an iPhone app developed for the Australian market that is known as the Noisy Neighbour Diary. The app allows the user to record sounds, categorise them, record notes and then send them electronically to their Local Council as a complaint. The creative for the app is centred around noise, sound recording and diary. A similar app exists called the Noise Nuisance app (download from iTunes UK) which will have a similar layout and functionality to the version I am having developed. I effectively need: 1. an iPhone app icon 2. an iTunes store icon 3. a logo developed called "EH Tools" - a.k.a. Environmental Health tools such as thermometers, food utensils, noise recording, cameras etc 4. Button images 5. background images for all the screens 6.
