Logo design for an estate agency

I represent a company that is a private property lettings based business. We are now in the process of franchising and we need a new logo. The old logo needs to be changed because it doesn't stand out and it is to complicated. Keep in mind that this logo will be desplayed nationaly and in near future we would like to use it internationaly. We like something simple but bold and elegant. You can use Elite Estates, Elite Residential or Elite Properties for the name, which ever you like, as we have three options for the new name. Our target audience are people who are age 25 and over, that are employed, or have a stable source of income. We provide high quality services and we are not a cheap company. I have attached the old logo so you can have an idea. You don't need to use the same colors or design. We want something creative and up to date. Thanks.
