Logo files needed from small jpeg

I need usable files created from the small jpegs attached. Another freelancer created these for me but hasn't sent the final files even though he has been paid and even received a bonus. He just seems to have vanished and doesn't answer messages, but I need them quickly as they are holding everything up. I will need png files with transparent backgrounds and psd files but all other types are welcome. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT ITS DONE QUICKLY! :-) No time wasters please.
