Logo for eBook website

I would like a logo designed for my eBook website that is currently in development. I would like the logo to look similar to the attached - it will be an old fashioned shop sign with the company name on the sign. Unlike the attached image however, the shop sign will be facing the front (will not have the side hinge/frame). I would like the company name to be an old aged gold, with a black outline (maybe try with a calligraphy font face and with old style text like the text in the image). I would also like to be able to edit the text on the sign as the company name has not been finalized (if possible, can this be done in Photoshop, Firefox or Flash, and the source file provided).
