Redesign Logo

I have an existing logo which I created through a simple logo creation tool. I want to basically design the same logo with a few small changes to improve it. I have several .jpeg & pdf variations, see attached files for example. Working off the same single base design with text below I would like 3 few variations in all file formats: 1) Houses only no text 2) Text to the right side of houses 3) Text below the houses I need unlimited revisions until we get the design to my satisfaction. When we reach the final design I require formats for web and print. I will post full milestone payment upon project acceptance. No advance payments, as soon as files are delivered and copyright letter is signed full payment will be made. This is an extremely simple project, essentially just recreating what we already have so bid accordingly. To reiterate, on variations we will create just one design with houses and text below. Once we like it I just need you to create two slight variations: 1) move text to right side and 2) remove altogether for the other and create all file formats for all three variations.
