Design A1 Posters

This is a very simple project. I have some pictures that I would like to design A1 display Posters for my shop. I have attached a jpg file of posters that were done for me previously by a local printing company but I don't have the file for these. I am therefore looking to have similar posters done. The original pictures I have are quite small in size so I need someone who can make the quality look good on A1 size posters. I have quite a few posters I want designs for. Some of them I want a special offer displayed across them. I have attached my logo and a picture so that you can show me an example of your work. It would be good if you could also show a special offer going across the poster for example "6 sessions only £99". I also have a hair growth picture which is not good quality. I want this enlarged to size A3 with our logo on it Thanks
