Quick Photoshop editing with liquid tool needed ASAP

This is an easy project for anyone with experience with Photoshop, Gimp, or another photo editor. We have a headshot photo of an overweight person and need someone to skillfully apply the liquid tool to edit the photo and have them be "thinner" looking. It is important that this is a quality job and be done quickly. The picture is small and someone with better PS skills than I have could no doubt do it very fast. You will be required to present a complete version of the final pic for acceptance. Watermarked is fine to protect your work but then I'll need back the non-watermarked version.
