Mens magazine template for Indesign CS6

Hello. I need someone with true artistic skills in Indesign to create a 40 page mens magazine layout for me. The person that do this need to have the skills that will allow them to create something fantastic that will attract the readers, meaning a perfect blending of content with both imagery and text. This will also include a front page of course, where you can use any mockup logo you prefer, as we will just replace with our own in the end. This is the first of MANY projects with the same thing, as we will continually need someone to create new magazine layouts for us to use. As well as it will be thicker in the end as well, not only 40 pages. If you think you can do the job, please note the following: a) You have indepth knowledge of what sells when it comes to mens magazines in regards to design and so on. We prefer a western coder for this (excluding anyone not from Europe, Russia or USA) as it is targeted here. So, if you do not come from any country within this region, please do not bid on this project. b) You need to be open to change things that doesnt look good to us (not always the first try works, but in time you will know what we need), as well as add things we want to include in the magazine. c) Style is of essence, as well as ingenuity and taste. As we will be hiring the designer on every project we do with this magazine (we hate to change unless we have to), these things are of utter importance. If the chosen designer doesn't work out, we will pay for the project and then repost to hire someone else. However, make SURE that you got a portfolio in magazine layouts to refer to, so we can better choose the designer we need. NOTE: We will not accept bids from people that hasn't read this project description. Autobots and autobidding is not cool.
