I need a simple version of this [login to view URL] with just the filters tab. School project for image filter processing. What needs to be done: • Offline (Local) web site ( I plan to use Apache as server during the presentation ) • Main page should have Choose and Upload tab like here • From the tabs “Filters” “effects” “borders” “text” shown on the website only “Filters” is needed for the presentation. The other three are unnecessary. • After choosing and uploading photo user should be able to choose a filter from a thumbnail. • At least 10 basic filters should be available (b&w, sepia, posturize, polarize, shapr, blur etc) • After choosing filter and clicking on thumbnail there should be download button to save on PC Thank you for reading.
