I am looking for a developer who can work with me in PHP/MYSQL/Smarty for debugging [login to view URL] script What is expected from Freelancer 1) You will assist me with understanding how php and smarty work by setting up development environment locally on my machine. 2) Explain how to debug [login to view URL] script remotely or locally using some tools (similar to phpstorm,netbeans, etc) I would like to put a breakpoint and run the website. 3) You will assist me with understanding how php and smarty work 4) We can work together on skype, Teamviewer or any other equivalent tools Question 1) I have installed xampp 3.2.1/net beans/x-debug - What are the steps to debug the website locally? 2) Can you speak or write and understand english to communicate via phone/skype? 3) What is your hourly rate?
