Homepage / Index Page Designers

Full timer designer is required for our ever growing enterprise.\r\n\r\nWe\\\'re after someone who can work in a team with our project managers, logo designers and converse with our coding team when need to be.\r\n\r\nA firm grasp of English must be needed, spoken, reading and clearly understanding client specifications is required.\r\n\r\nWe sell on average 30 - 50 website projects each week and we\\\'re needing to expand our team to facilitate the initial homepage design phase.\r\n\r\nOur company values include unlimited revisions and unlimited proofs, meaning if our client isn\\\'t happy then the project isn\\\'t closed until they are thrilled.\r\n\r\nThis is sometimes an easy process, and sometimes it\\\'s a time consuming process.\r\n\r\nEveryone on our team gets paid when their phase is closed, meaning, when the homepage design goes to our internal page designers that is when the homepage designer is paid.\r\n\r\nThe successful applicant will be tested with 2 projects a week, after 6 weeks of work we will review the applicants work / speed / quality and if deemed acceptable they will become a permanent part of our team and can expect 10 homepage designs a week. $50 per homepage design once closed inclusive of unlimited revisions. DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. (After 5th project we\'re happy to pay 50% upfront once we trust you)\r\n\r\nAll raw logo files will be provided, and a website questionnaire will be filled out and sent to the homepage / index page designer.\r\n\r\nWe require the initial concept back in jpeg format within 24 hours of receiving the brief.\r\n\r\nYou will be given a western name and also an e-mail address assigned to you for our company, your communication will be solely with a project manager regarding any design tasks.\r\n\r\nYOU MUST NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES communicate your real name / money or anything outside of design specifications to our project managers or sales team or coders.... this will result in immediate dismissal of your employment.\r\n\r\nAny communication directly with our clients will also result in termination of your contract.\r\n\r\nWe\'re an awesome team, and we\\\'re growing quickly.\r\n\r\nOther opportunities also reside inside the company once you have proven yourself.\r\n\r\nIn your application you must start your application with \"Hello Troy\" these applications will be reviewed first, and lowest bids will be reviewed first.\r\n\r\nSubmit ONLY 3 of your best homepage designs, or 3 links to your homepage designs.\r\n\r\nWE WILL ONLY WORK ON FIXED TERM!
