5 Years Plus Senior Designer (All types of Designing Work/Web Designer) Required (Individual, No teams)

We are looking for a person who is a senior Designer. Should have more than 5 years of experience with Web Designing. Keeping in mind that Web Designing is not the only thing you should know (but if you don't know Web Designing then you are not going to get hired) rather you should have the ability to do anything related to WEB DESIGNING if it is Photoshop, Illustrator or whatever. E-g if you are told to make a logo, or a character, or a template or whatever that is required from the designing perspective, you should have the ability to produce marvelous designs. You should be aware of web development (AWARENESS IS REQUIRED that doesn't mean you should have the ability to do web development, as for that we have a separate developer but you should know how to integrate designs and also if you are told to make sprites then you should not be shocked that what is it). WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO IS VERY INNOVATIVE AND ENTHUSIASTIC TOWARDS HIS/HER JOB. We are not interested in hiring newbies, you should have more than 5 years experience to be considered. WE WANT THE PERSON TO WORK FOR US 4 hours a day (part time) 5 days a week. YOU WILL BE HIRED PERMANENTLY if we realize that you are too good.
