Hi, Require a simple system built within 3 days. Requirements. 1) A webpage which allows for customer registration. - This must have: First/ Last Name, Address, Contact numbers and Notes section. 2) Then a very simple calendar appointment section. - Can pick a time and date, must be able to set a start and end time. - Then pick the customer to include in the appointment. 3) Be able to see a day or week view of appointments. 4) We have a list of current appointments that need to be imported. - The format of the file provided is: 3/30/2016,,5:30 PM,,3/30/2016,,7:00 PM,,*Last, First,,By Pim Promotion - In CSV to make it easy. 5) Also have another import of appointment which may overlap with current appointments - If appintment overlaps, then set the overlaped apointment 1 hour earlier and with a 15 minute gap. 6) Need a Notes section to be able to add to the appointment. Want a very simple and clean system built and imported with data urgently. Regards
