Build a Wordpress Plugin -- 2

I need a freelancer to create a plugin for word-press designed around microscope slides. The idea is to have a post which will contain high resolution microscope slides which are viewed by OpenSeaDragon. The first bit is to get the post layout going, each post would have a title, maybe a brief description, a featured image being a scan of the slide, and the post itself having the OpenSeaDragon high quality slide with a google ad banner as well. TThe page should work with YOAST SEO, and be fully SEO compliant etc I also need like an index page which contains the featured image, and title either of which can be clicked on. The design would be like a grid design which could have up to 5 slides across, and say 10 down per page. All stuff should also work on mobile devices and so on. In addition, I also need a freelancer to create an OpenSeaDragon plugin for wordpress, there is stuff around for OpenSeaDragon on the web already but basically the idea of this plugin will be to allow logged in users of the site to annotate certain parts of the image, once that is done the annotated comment would go into a moderation queue for the admin to accept, if they accept it next time the image is shown the annotations would be visible. There may be multiple annotations for multiple images, so the plugin database should handle which images are being loaded, and pull out the annotations from there. there should be the option to disable annotations on a per image basis, but also let users annotate their own images if set in the options Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
