I currently use a jotform embedded contact form on my wordpress webste. however the form has an intermittent fault whereby whereby it is not displayed and shows an error saying that the page cannot be found. can you please copy the form code and recreate so that it is native on my website rather than a than via jot form. I alswo would like an email to be sent to the user and myselfonce the form has been filled out on the website.
