For the artwork, I would need you to provide me with the lore of the game, so I can get a better sense of how the buttons and lettering need to look like. Also if you would need a certain animation for the loading screen (while still sitting in the budget). For the loading screen, we could go with a screenshot from inside the game, but then again, that will depend on what engine are you using for your horror game.
