Graphic Design for Website Background

We have a upcoming 'Images and Video' website. We need to have a graphical background which goes around the page. Needless to say, the background will be static, so you need to design for standard height of around 1200px. Width should be around 1900px with gradually fading so that it goes good with high resolution screens. We are open to any colors and design. Two words which define our requirements are 'exotic' and 'luxurious'. Area around logo needs to be focused upon. We may keep content area semi transparent, so design accordingly. The two attachments will help you to get a direction. Your one concept must be based on those. For other two, you are free to come up with your own. The selected bidder will have two submit three different concepts to choose from. We need both .svg and .psd files.
