INITIAL DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADMIN WEBSITE

INTRO: I want to develop an admin webpage for a digital business page. This offer here is let say the initial step to start a long therm collaboration. The developer who will get the job will be later (after this initial development) hired from time to time to enhance the admin page with further functions or whatever is needed. WHAT IS REQUESTED: I got an admin webpage template. This template is an standard one by using static functions with php, html5, jquery etc. The basic framework and functions of this admin template must be developed in the first step, like loading content by using jason and not loading new php files by swiching the pages. or developing user management for login. This means also using setting up DB functions etc.
