We are a hospitality company that offers homes and apartments to guests in different cities. We want to create a modern Guide Book that will be in each home, that will provide guests with information about the home. We are looking for innovation and fresh design. Some information about what we are looking for: - Please refer to the example images attached. This is just an example, please do not replicate but rather show your own innovative design! - We want to use the same paper dimensions and format as the attached sample - The brochure should have a total of 8 pages: 1 - Front Page 2 - About Company 3 - Your City 4 - Getting Around 5 - Your Place 6 & 7 - Your Neighboorhood (recommended restaurants, attractions, places) 8 - House Rules & Reaching Us - Background Color of the brochure: #F9F5F0 - Other color palette is shown in the attachment. - For the company name, this will be provided once the project is awarded. For the 1-2 page submission, you can use a simple mock-up logo of any kind (Super Hotel). As part of the submission, please submit 1-2 pages to give an idea of your design capabilities and initial ideas for this project. If you do not submit 1-2 pages then your request will not be considered.

As you mentioned, we are to place "Superhotel" for now, and so I did. I also noticed that the city used in the attached photo was Montreal Quebec, so I made this brochure for this city. I also used the color code that you sent and its color variations.
