I require a site build which is similar to that of AIRBNB The site must let a user create a profile and list various spaces they would like to rent out The site allows users to list any space they wish to rent out. The property owner may choose to bill by certain time intervals as well as per day. The property owner must be able to securely chat or communicate with their potential client There must be security around not allowing property owners to give out personal email details or contact details The property owner must be able to add photos to their listing The property owner must also be able to select various additional services which they can charge for There must be a payment gateway to receive payment Potential renters must be able to search the site either by Venue type or by type of event they are looking to host Potential renters must be able to review the rental after they have successfully used it There must be live availability on all properties The site must offer location services to map out where the venues within their price range are located I will require the developer to find clean sharp images to make the site look professional
