Hello Freelancers! IMPORTANT: Please read all instructions carefully or your bid will not be considered. I need a bid on a Wordpress website build. The scope of work is as follows: - Wordpress website - Built using a responsive theme (something like: [login to view URL]) - - The theme will be chosen by the Client when we begin development - Customized design - Approximately 10 pages in size - "Contact us" form Here's how our development process works: - We provide all of the website content up front - We provide input as to the look / feel / colors and brand that the Client likes - You will create the design for the website. Every page needs to have a design (mockup) created for it in order that the Client approve the approach. - We don't move forward with development until the Client has approved all designs. - We expect that you'll use the theme options within the site. The content should be formatted in a way that is visually appealing on each page of the site. - The website needs to be built using the theme options (not custom coded). This includes using the page builder. - The website needs to be built in a way that allows the Client to manage it and make changes to it in the future. When you submit your bid make sure to include: - The total cost for this development - The approximate turn around time (in business days) - How much you charge hourly for additional changes or changes outside of the scope - At least five examples of Wordpress sites that you have designed and developed
