I am an established real estate agent looking to place a print ad in a local and regionally distributed print media outlet. Specs for ad: 1/2 page horizontal 7.1” x 4” The ad needs to be genuine, authentic and professional. The ad is being released to time with a new development at the base of Fernie Alpine Resort for which I am the seller. The lots start from $200,000. I want to mention the new lots, however I do not want to focus on real estate with this ad. It needs to be a subtle real estate promotion with a focus on the lifestyle on offer in Fernie, BC. The image of myself the realtor can be used if appropriate and the 'FRE logo' (two included for your file preference) must be included. Any or all of the images can be used as you see fit. The following address/phone info should be included near the logo 1602 9th Ave, Fernie BC Ph. 250-278-0678 We want to appeal to our regional markets: Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver and encourage the visitors we see so often from these cities to settle here once and for all. The pace of life is slower. Opportunities abound. It's such a friendly and welcoming community and a fantastic place to raise a family out of the hustle and bustle of the city stresses. Quality of life is much better in Fernie than the city. Time spent raising a family and with loved ones in the beauty of the mountains is invaluable. Prices of real estate are much lower than in the cities. I want the ad to focus on the dream lifestyle and opportunities possible by moving to Fernie, BC, Canada.
