I rearrange your trainings according to development and progress according to 4-week periods. The workouts come in an excel document, with video links next to the exercises. I specify the warm-up section, the strength section, the conditioning and the cooling-down sections separately. I explain all the necessary explanations, re-set and details in the document. I also send a voice note next to the document so that there are no ambiguous points. I expect you to provide information every week, usually on Mondays. Communication is unlimited. Usually by whatsapp, and by phone when necessary.
