Create a fashion e-commerce via Prestashop for a Top Italian company

I'm looking for someone who is able to: - convert my PSD template into a real e-commerce fully responsive website through the CMS Prestashop - install the theme, adding needed plug-in, inserting examples of products. animations, etc). Basically, I want a real website, manageable via Prestashop, which is ready-to-use (my following work has only to be completing with all of our products and descriptions). Due to the complexity of the shopping process (read the attached PDF), I am looking for a real expert. To summarize: - what I will give you: complete PSD template (homepage, product page, shopping bag, about, contact, newsletter, category grid, etc). - what you will give me: a ready-to-use e-commerce, editable via Prestashop. For sure, I will give the access to the hosting andh admin panel of Prestashop. I attached some page examples and a sort of summary of the shopping process (read carefully). I'm free to all of your questions and doubts. I know the website is in Italian, but I will provide you translations if you will need. THE DEADLINE OF THE PROJECT IS NOVEMBER, THE 24TH. PS: there are some static page such as Parfums-Foulard_PSD, Contact Us, About Us. For this page, I will ask for some Jquery animations to increase the user experience.
