Hi, I would like to bid for this project. For each site, the tasks would be: - Install and test a responsive wordpress theme or html template. - Check the site speed with Google Pagespeed Insights and make the necessary changes to optimize site speed 
 (minimum 75/100 mobile speed and 85/100 desktop speed). - Check meta tags including title, keywords, description and any others that you specify. Add the tags if they are absent, check the meta tags to ensure correctness and length in characters. 
-Install google sitemap plugin in wordpress site or generate html sitemap on html site. In your webmaster tools account, add the sitemap for the website 
- Check for any broken links and on-site errors using report in webmaster tools or a suitable link checker and correct the broken link errors - validate html code and rectify errors. - Get the website verified by Google Yahoo and MSN by adding in webmaster tools 
 - Create a new tab on website in the menu as specified by you that says “Details”. Under the tab create title “walk-in diagrams”, and then upload 5 drawings provided by you. - Change the prices on the websites as per information given by you. Since I do not know the quantum of work per website, I am quoting a conservative bid per website. If you can reply with a link to a sample website, I can revise my proposal suitably.
