UX developer to design filling forms App (2 Paired apps)

The project contains 2 parallel apps, one for data entry (Customers App), another is to monitor the process (Operation app), both are very basic. (Android only) The first app is not very detailed, it should have about 5 pages.. But they should be customized for every user when logged in. 1st app (customers app) 5 Pages: - Log in Page (Username & Passcode) - Welcoming\Waiting Page (A space to customize a welcoming page for every client, only large picture & NEXT button) - Explanations Page ( few stacking picture, one box to fill & NEXT button) Entry shall be sent to the owner version - Form to enter contact information (Fillable boxes of email, number, droplist questions that can be customized & added in the future ) Data to be sent and register at ZOHO CRM as a separate entry module - Thank you Page (Text & picture) In seconds it should change to the welcoming\waiting page 2nd App (Operation app) 3 Pages: - Log in Page (Username & Passcode) - List of orders (listing the status of every received entry) - Orders pages (Scale of the status preparing\ready\sent, deleting the order, few commands to be decided later) When clicking over an order it can be updated through this page Systems integration should be applied among: 1st App 2nd App A database in ZOHO CRM to collect the filled forms ZOHO SMS gateway & Email sending The total journey of the customer & data should be as follow : - Customer comes to 1st App and enter order No. that sent to 2nd App - Fills a Form that registered in a specific module at ZOHO CRM "each username separately" - Receives an SMS & Email after a period of time from ZOHO CRM tools "survey sent" - Survey answer registered at the same ZOHO database, or separate, whichever more convenient My only conditions for the developer that either he develop it in a clear way with a familiar tools, or his\her availability when needed to maintain the app.. it can be sorted out as a contract or an agreed on manner. For my part I can prepare all the visual aids and graphics, design wok needed, and some of ZOHO CRM integration. I wish to find the right person with a reasonable price, so we may turn this into a regular business
