Music Commerce Store, Audio Player, Database, and contract creations

I'm seeking a skilled web developer who can update a music store. I would like to add an auction page, contract management and generator feature. I have updates to user login and music management. Please have experience with audio players and being able to play music while playing an additional mp3 audio tag at a lower volume. Being familiar with ecommerce and using paypal, and stripe for payments. See the attachment for details. Ask all of your questions in the discussion board so everyone knows the question and answer.
