Fix IIS 10 Windows Server 2016 Websockets not working

I am looking for a skilled professional / Expert in windows hosting who can help me fix the issue with Websockets on my IIS 10 Windows Server 2016. I have made sure Websockets are installed on IIS, They were working fine up to 2 days ago and now my Blazor (server side) apps all die after 20-30 seconds and I cannot figure out why. I also have another asp.net 4.7 website that uses websockets that is not working. I have tried for 2 days to fix and I cannot. There was no server updates happening before the bug appeared. I have went through ChatGPT answers for several possibly solutions with not luck. I would like someone to do a google meet and go through any configuration they think will work.
