An interview with very old person and then make their story into a graphic novel format. This will involve you researching the place and the period of time when significant events happened to them. From your interview, research, sketches, drawing and backup material you will create a narrative in graphic novel format to tell some aspects of their story. 1. You will interview a REALLY OLD person about places and major events in their lives that are important to them and make a short graphic representation of this interview based on research, sketches and photographs taken of the subject of your interview. 2. In addition you will discuss what skills you might exchange with your interviewee that would be of benefit to you both. This will be expanded upon in class but might include you teaching this person some basic technological skill in exchange for a craft skill. This exchange could made into a short video. (Format TBC) You will interview someone who is very old, see guidelines given in class. Based on research, sketches/photographs made at your interview you will develop a comic/graphic novel format representation of your interview. It will be 3-4 pages long.
