Existing web design in Illustrator to HTML/Slices and CSS

A designer has created an illustrator files with all the layers, menus and content of a website. I need that design transformed into a basic 'template' I can work with to complete the project. I am looking for someone to slice it up, create the HTML and CSS files and deliver something that I can customize into a completed site. No CMS needed. Just simple cutting and code. The site is less than 10 pages and when you see the Illustrator file, you'll see it's a very basic site with a very simple layout.
