caricature male super hero, “Australian Man"

I need a caricature cartoon style male super hero, titled “Australian Man.” The style that I had in mind would be similar to apology girl, from breaking bad, see attached file. A photo is also attached of the male that I want it to based on. Ideally the super hero should make fun of the Australian stereotype, think crocodile Dundee and a beer or two should be in there somewhere. The image should be in black and white; Illustrator is the program of choice but Im open to whatever program you feel comfortable using as long as the finished product looks good. Image needs to saved as a pdf or jpeg file and A4 size.
