Illustrator paper flowers

Need pdf files and svg file for die cut. I have pdf but they don’t meet requirements as lines aren’t smooth. See below for file requirements. I want the act file for me to use in the future and pdf for die cutting. The leaves on the rose template need to be made into one sheet per leaf size about 18 leaves from 1.5 to 10 inch. VECTOR LINE FILE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES Acceptable formats: DWG, DXF, AI, PDF. File must be 1:1 scale (the actual size you want cut). Specify units of measurement (inches, MM, etc.). *Label at least one dimension on the drawing so that we can confirm scale. *Send only simple outlines (no fills, compound paths, masked lines). *Assign each different cutting operation (cut, score, etch) a separate layer or line color. *Remove all hidden layers, hidden lines, and duplicate lines. Convert all text fonts to simple outlines. If possible, group multiple cut shapes on one vector file. If multiple material types are used, please label parts with material type
