Job Profile  Prepare Master Schedule for the Project along with Design management, Tender Management and Construction Schedule using MS Project & Primavera (P6 Version 7.0)  Develop the best methods for construction activities, and determining the optimal sequence of operations on the construction site.  Development and production of Planning deliverables such as Gantt Charts, Network Diagrams, S-curves, Histograms and tabulate man-hour reports.  Create awareness about resource management and collate, analyze reports and coordinate the resource management.  Standardize project planning and monitoring across all levels of staff in the company.  Using Earned Value Management to Monitor Project Performance  Coordinate activities in a structured manner for a successful outcome.  Track the Project with actual dates, delay monitoring and maintaining Hindrances of the project.  Preparations of Monthly look ahead schedules based on the Master construction schedule.  Develop reports for tracking of NOCs, Approval and sanctions at various stages of construction.  Periodic presentation to the Management on the Progress of work along with details of Cash Flow, Project Fact sheet, Project Charter, Communication plan, Tender Management schedule, Material tracker for procurement etc
