Hello, I have a list of 4 million consumers in the state of Florida (US). The list contains the name and email address's. I need you to send out an email with an email campaign to everyone on the list. I will create the email for you to send and give you all the sending name and email address information. I need to be able to have a log in or see the statistics of the campaign like open rate, bounce rate etc. I will need all 4 million to be emailed within a 30 to 60 day span at the most.
