I need 60 forum posts be done in 10 days

Project terms and condition: 1. Find 60 forums with page rank, related to fitness, health or sport home. 2. Create one account on each of those 60 forums. 3. Reply to a thread or start a new thread in the relevant category. 4. Write your own response (Must be relevant!). 5. Your posts/threads must not get deleted! 6. Make at least 3 relevant replies or comments per forum on separate days. 7. Each post will consist of 50 to 80 words at least in length, be interesting, in good English and relevant to the topic/thread. 8. Every forum must have at least 1 post or comment that will contain a clickable URL to a given website with anchor text. 9. All of the forums should be English and CANNOT be related to pornography, gambling or about anything illegal, etc. 10. Posting should be in a high traffic forum with a high volume of daily visitors. The forum which is heavy spammed is not acceptable 11. NO spamming, or posting in irrelevant categories. 12. NO AUTOMATION SOFTWARE (Manual posting only). 13. The job should be completed within 10 days. Reference material will be provided
