SEO On New Website

I would like our new website to be ranked in the top 5 "natural searches" on Google under the following key words: IT Support, Networking Solutions, Pegasus Accounting, NetSuite, Accounting Solutions, Cloud Computing, Networking Consultancy. These keywords may change from time to time to support specific marketing campaigns. I am happy to discuss expanding the monthly hours as and when required. This would include On Page SEO and Off Page Optimisation. I would also like manual directory submission (UK) including reporting on which directories are listing our URL. The main corporate site, and three supporting microsites are due to launch in early February, that is when this assignment would start. It will be an on-going project.
