Super high quality link building and blogging for agency

We are seeking an individual / corporation that can assist us increase our organic traffic for our client pages. We need someone who can build HIGH QUALITY, RELATED backlinks. Websites must be English speaking and US based.. Links MUST be on PAGES with PR2+, not a domain of PR2+. We will check all links before issuing payment. If you feel you can NOT improve our search engine results page and site Page Rank, please do not bother bidding for this project. We want to create a long term partnership with the successful SEO expert. We will give specific instructions regarding what keywords we want on project acceptance. However, we will also be looking for advice from the SEO expert on other keywords. We are an agency with thousands of local smb clients on our platforms. I want to build high quality links to their pages, all pages on our same parent domain. Also want you to blog for the clients you build links for. Would love to discuss you also doing mobile and local directory submission on a handful of sites at the same time.
