Need 5k local facebook fans for Photography Fan Page

I'm looking for 5,000 LOCAL Facebook fans within 150 miles of zipcode 90058. The added Fans must meet these requirements: * All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon. * 100% of fans must be from within 300 miles of 90058 (Los Angeles, CA) * All fans must have 50+ friends and a minimum of 4 photos * All fans must be aged 18 and over * All fans must have status updated that go back a maximum of 15 days * All Fans should be acquired gradually over a period of 30-60 days 1) No spam and no unethical means of advertising. The Fan Page must NOT be banned for you're actions. 2) We will pay 30% of the money after 1,500 Facebook Fans have joined the page/account, 30% at 3,000 Facebook Fans, and the remaining balance after 5,000 fans are reached. 3) Final payment will be delivered 7 days after the deadline in order for us to investigate whether subscribers, fans and followers are real.
