Help me monetize my Windows Application through Internet Marketing

I need you to monetize/sell a Windows application I developed which is geared towards job seekers. It works great and is very useful, but sales are low. I'm willing to award someone with payment for work done helping to monetize it, and would like it to become a long-term ongoing project - ideally as a partnership. So, I'm looking for a partner who I will later disclose details to including the profit margin. If you can monetize this application effectively, I will want it to become a long-term ongoing project.
